USA PATRIOT Act Notice

Important information about procedures for applying for a loan or establishing a new customer relationship.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each individual or business entity that applies for a loan through Distributed Risk Corporation’s lending partners. Federal law also requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the beneficial owners of a business entity that applies for a loan or establishes a customer relationship.

What this means for you

When you enter into a new customer relationship with Distributed Risk Corporation, or apply for a loan through one of its lending partners, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. In addition, when you enter into a new customer relationship with Distributed Risk Corporation or apply for a loan through one of its lending partners, on behalf of a business entity, we will ask for the names, addresses, dates of birth and other identification information of the beneficial owners of the business entity. This information will be used to verify your identity and, in the case of the business entity, the identity of the beneficial owners.
